HR Operations Coordinator – Temporary
Slalom’s fast-paced, highly collaborative HR team is seeking an Operations Coordinator in our Seattle Market to support the team’s continual growth. This person will work closely with Slalom's Corporate Services and local operations teams. The individual in this role will develop a strong working knowledge of HR information systems and online tools, as well as knowledge of employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Coordinator role will directly impact several areas including: new hire onboarding, reporting, benefits, payroll, and general employment matters and administration. A successful candidate will be hands on, detail oriented, and have the desire to be an important (and positive!) part of the Slalom employee experience.
