Job Title: Sr. Compensation Program Manager

Slalom’s fast-paced, highly collaborative Compensation team is seeking a rock star. You get to design and implement innovative compensation program and solutions to transform our compensation practices!

  • Lead the transformation of annual compensation review and planning process globally. This includes process design, Workday solution development and change.
  • Make strategic improvements to our compensation programs by synthesizing insights from both data analysis and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Review and improve existing programs, design and develop new programs, streamline and standardize processes that enable effective execution and allow for continuous improvement of new and existing programs.
  • Lead change management and communication effort to ensure that our stakeholders, partners, and employees have the right level of knowledge (including training across key partner groups and employees); ensure communications are well planned and implemented in such a way that the necessary behaviors are supported.
  • Collaborate with key partners across the Employee Experience, including HRBP, Talent, HR Operations, Finance, Legal as well as Business leadership to understand their needs, solve business challenges, and ensure successful deployment of compensation programs.


In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years in compensation or a program management role requiring data analysis skills
  • Growth mindset and ability to embrace change with a great attitude and build structure from ambiguity
  • Worked across multiple stakeholder and could influence and lead cross functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ability to balance multiple priorities and work under established timelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, follow-through, creativity, and flexibility
  • Ability to synthesis analysis results and present data telling a story in a streamlined manner
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong background in analytics
  • Proficient with Workday is a plus
