Role: AEM Leader/Solution Principal Slalom is seeking an AEM Leader/Solution Architect to join our newly formed Regional Delivery Team – West. The Regional Delivery Team is growth engine providing local markets access to cutting-edge capabilities and scarce expertise. You will help develop, support, and expand services in our local Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, East Bay, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and occasionally other markets while the team establishes across the country. The role will include up to 50% travel throughout the region (occasionally outside of region). Self-driven individual with a “get it done” mentality that has a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. This person will build and deliver intelligent and robust solutions for Slalom Consulting’s clients as a Solution Principal with a focus of leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other platforms. The individual in this role will lead technical requirements sessions, work directly with clients and Slalom developers, architect and document solutions, and develop interfaces between Adobe and other systems. Finally, you’ll help us grow our practice: shaping solution offerings, developing thought leadership in the community, and leading teams. The ideal candidate is invigorated by new challenges, seeks out new learning opportunities, leads from the front, challenges the status quo and builds other team members through technical and professional coaching.
