KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with broader Global Expansion planning team, ensuring benefits are in place for launch into new countries in 2020 and beyond, ensuring statutory requirements and competitive benefits package for new countries
  • Lead and program manage design and implementation of choice benefits platform in the US and internationally
  • Systematize our Benefits and Leave processes and rhythm of the business globally, identifying process improvements and documenting our rhythm of the business and policies
  • Lead ongoing third-party relationships for programs including consultants, brokers, benefit administrators, and carriers
  • Ensure compliance globally and regulatory filings

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in Business, HR or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility benefits design and administration
  • Deep understanding of global benefit programs, including healthcare and retirement, and trends
  • Broad knowledge of benefits regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and FMLA
  • Experience in the development and implementation of benefits initiatives from strategy through to execution
  • HRIS systems experience for benefit open enrollment and management, Workday a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of the company
  • Influences up, down, and across the organization by virtue of deep and evident subject matter expertise and a highly collaborative, inspirational leadership style. Skilled at getting individuals, teams, and an entire organization to perform at a higher level and embrace change
  • Ability to think globally, strategically, and objectively; designing & implementing large scale projects 
  • Strong collaborator with all people functions, including strong partnership with the HR business partner community
  • Comes across as a learner, not a knower. Is optimistic, confident (but not arrogant) and loves to help others grow
