Job Title: Business Delivery, Practice Leader 

Business Delivery resides within our Delivery Leadership Practice focusing on business solutioning at the highest levels of client organizations working in conjunction with our program and project management colleagues to deliver excellent client results.


  • Drive the business delivery domain through innovation, expertise, creativity and passion
  • Provide domain expertise and thought leadership in SI Business Solutioning
  • Evaluate client business challenges and work with the team to arrive at the best-fit solution
  • Defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, collaboration with other domain leaders, handle engagement risk
  • Assist with estimating work efforts required for each phase of a project
  • Manage executive and senior executive-level client stakeholder relationships and expand Slalom’s client portfolio 
  • Identify leading practices and develop case studies and other core deliverables to build solution offerings
  • Engage and network with relevant forums, professional groups, conferences, etc.
  • Support business delivery practice building, including driving and supporting sales, talent management, engagement management, consulting, and operational aspects:
    • Business Development – Support business development activities, drive offering creation and presentation, developing and building professional contacts for the benefit of the Slalom and our clients.
    • Team & Individual Development – Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction. Plan and lead domain related Professional Development activities.
    • Mentor, develop, and proactively support practice capabilities per market demand
    • Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees


  • Minimum of 8-10 years prior consulting experience
  • Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth
  • Expert in systems implementation business solutions
  • Ability to partake in business operations (SOWs, staffing, recruiting, utilization)
  • Ability to manage across multiple clients/engagements
