Job Title: Partner Marketing Manager

Slalom Consulting is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Partner Marketing Team. This energetic, connected team supports our technology partner-related business, which accounts for over half of Slalom’s revenue. We support an amazing group of bright, passionate, experienced consultants and leaders and the top technology partners in the world, including Salesforce and AWS. We value taking ownership and getting things done.

The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing against marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes developing messaging and positioning in collaboration with our internal stakeholders and partner team that resonates with target audiences. This person will evaluate and recommend communication channels to customers and partners, to raise awareness and drive pipeline with measurable results. This will include Go to Market (GTM) campaigns and marketing collateral (presentations, data sheets). This person will also be integral in developing and executing our global event strategy for our key partner events with the support of our Creative team and Partner Operations team.

We are looking for a marketing professional that understands the partner ecosystem with a demonstrated commitment to excellence, flexibility, poise, confidence and the ability to interface with our leadership team in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • With the support of subject matter experts and other team members, create and manage programs and materials that enable Slalom teams to scale and execute across the globe
  • Craft creative briefs that enable the Slalom team to execute our shared vision towards business goals
  • End-to-end management of all partner marketing outputs
  • Lead the creation of content marketing collateral related to alliance partnership events, our speakers, and/or elements of our partnership
  • Build and share a calendar of event-related marketing activities for both you and others to execute
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns
  • Utilize measurement and analytics to deliver marketing returns against expected business results and key performance targets and leverage those insights to inform future campaigns
  • Lead core planning meetings across various groups to establish event strategies and drive alignment against shared objectives and business goals
  • Establish and maintain excellent rapport with Slalom’s executives and leadership teams and with partner’s marketing leadership and key stakeholders
  • Represent the Slalom culture in a positive light, always working with a customer service attitude

Skills & Experience

  • Comfort and familiarity with technology platforms. Experience working for or partnering with AWS or Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive business results across a shared vision.
  • Keen understanding of the partner ecosystem and running partner specific campaigns
  • Experience developing and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, goal creation, and measurement
  • Experience using marketing automation tools (examples: Hubspot, Salesforce Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Ability to set priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing large budgets and complex schedules
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, strong preference in a partner marketing
  • Understanding of technology space, specifically Salesforce or AWS a plus
  • Must be available to travel 25% (to meet with internal stakeholders, partners, global and regional events)
