Job Title:

Engagement Management Office Specialist

The Engagement Management Office, a team within the internal Accounting and Finance Department based in Seattle, has oversight responsibilities for the review, set-up, maintenance and collections of all of Slalom office’s contracted engagements world-wide. In addition to adding and maintaining engagement data, this team monitors and coordinates logistics with time entries, accounting data, project manages accounts receivable discrepancies and provides excellent customer service with both internal Slalom Markets and external Clients. (Visit www.slalom.com for a complete list of locations.)

The ideal candidate will support the Engagement Management Office with unwavering accuracy, be exceedingly organized, with a high emotional IQ and able to follow processes and policies in a fast paced environment. The EMO Specialist will support the rest of the Engagement Management Office through timely and precise data entry, reconciliations, administrative tasks and work on projects as-needed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with EMO Team to enter in data to Changepoint System.
  • Manage your queue of data entry tasks that come in daily.
  • Enter in New Hire Information for Expense information and Data entry on a daily basis.
  • Reconcile daily hours & expense entry by consultants and report on all discrepancies to EMO Team.
  • Follow template for data movements for time.
  • Manage the upkeep of process documentation for all Third Party Client Systems.
  • Partner with Supervisor to complete ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting exposure; including accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Staff Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Reconciliations.
  • Minimum of one plus year of professional work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Service Minded with delivering accurate data to your fellow EMO Team.
  • Able to follow instructions and clearly articulate through both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
