Slalom is seeking an Alliance Enablement Program Manager that will focus on Data & Analytics to join our growing Talent Management Team. This energetic, innovative team supports our consultants and leaders across the company through the design of learning, leadership, performance, and career development initiatives that increase workforce capability and employee engagement. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the design, development, and delivery of programs focused on developing our people and leaders at Slalom. The ideal candidate will have experience managing learning or enablement programs and have a proven track record of creating operational efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for technology learning programs, growing capability, and making an impact on employee engagement, productivity, and business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Slalom's local, build, and global Data & Analytics practice team and Alliance team to organize, manage, and implement technical learning programs for Data & Analytics partners and solutions.
    • Assess training needs and certification requirements
    • Maintain templates and resources for SMEs, Facilitators, and mentors
    • Work with SMEs to maintain and update content quarterly
    • Establish and report on metrics in alignment with business goals to gauge success of learning programs
    • Provide input to a learning roadmap and support the prioritization process with program data
  • Program manager the development of a D&A Academy for early career participants.
  • Assist in developing learning journeys for various D&A consultant personas.
  • Support Alliance Enablement team members in maintaining and updating other learning programs as needed
  • Manage the operations associated with a Community based approach to technical learning
    • Develop and update learning templates and content associated with learning initiatives
    • Work with SMEs and Leaders to identify and implement technical community enablement needs
    • Curates and prepare training materials and course agenda for Facilitators and course creation in Workday
  • Maintain and evaluate programs aligned with Alliance Enablement Mentoring and Collaboration models
  • Manage learning programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and competencies for both Slalom and Alliances
  • Continually evaluate programs for quality, business impact, scalability and sustainability
  • Interact with senior leaders across markets to report and request feedback on learning programs
  • Work with key stakeholders for technical cross training programs
  • Assist with Slalom’s overall Alliance Enablement Solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7+ years' work experience in the areas of learning operations and program management
  • Strong, learning design and facilitation skills
  • Proven effectiveness in collaborating, negotiating and interviewing business partners and Subject Matter Experts
  • Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
  • Alliance and Technology Change Management experience
  • Data & Analytics experience preferably with a consulting background

Required Education:

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree
  • Background in learning operations and programs and program management
