Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator who will provide organizational and administrative support to our growing office.

  • Manages local IT inventory, issues/images laptops to users and updates asset inventory
  • Building management liaison (badges, facilities requests, etc.)
  • Friday conference room walk-throughs (clean-up)
  • Conference room requests (ensure cleanliness of each room)
  • Greet local, _build, XM new hires, candidates, employees, clients and guests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Keep all common office areas organized and clean
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Answer phones
  • Send and receive mail and packages from UPS, USPS, and FedEx
  • Stock all snacks, drinks, supplies and branded gear for the office
  • Create a daily candidate interview list, have resumes and profiles printed for leadership
  • I-9 verification, WorkDay I-9 data entry
  • Safety & Security liaison to Spaces team
  • Annual event onsite support


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team environment
  • Committed and durable work ethic
  • Approachable, easy to talk with and hospitable
  • Exhibits an authentic, positive spirit
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Sees no tasks as "too small" or "beneath" them

Hourly rate: $17-19/hour Hours: 8:00a-5:00p M-F
