Program Manager, Global Operations Solutions

Do you like hats? As the Program Manager for Global Operations Solutions you will wear many! With the ultimate goal of delivering the right technology solutions at the right time to enable our Global Operations team to continue their amazing success, you are accountable for the full application lifecycle of the Salesforce platform, from business/technology strategic planning to solution delivery/support. This role is both strategic and tactical. One day you’ll be co-creating an 18-month technology roadmap with key business owners, and the next you’ll be facilitating a session between a business SME and Information Security to ensure a solution is designed to protect our company data. Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Daily program management throughout the application delivery life cycle
  • Ensuring that we remain aligned to Slalom’s strategic vision
  • Manage Program Roadmap and Integrated Master Schedule
  • Define and Implement Metrics, Governance and Measurements
  • Business Relationship Management with Sales Operations, Business Operations and Talent Acquisition
  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects
  • Maintaining overall focus on benefit realization and business outcomes
  • Defining and tracking the key performance indicators for benefit realization
  • Manage business reviews with a variety of customers in different cadences
  • Build out Business Cases/SOWs to define business outcomes, resource/project plan, and other items required to help size / align on project / Initiative.
  • Solution design (Salesforce platform + others as identified)
  • Managing risks and issues, and actively mitigating/resolving
  • Coordinating both projects, their interdependencies and project managers as required
  • Liaison between customer(s) and Information Security & Governance teams
  • Validation and sign-off of proposed solutions
  • Ability to gather and understand requirements for outcome-based planning
  • Release Management of new deliverables into business
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria as needed

You may be a candidate for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of Project, Program Management and/or Business Analysis experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with CRM in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of either working in Sales, or delivering solutions to Sales
  • 3-5 years working with Salesforce
  • Leadership and management of direct reports
  • 5+ years working with performance measurement systems establishing KPGs, KPIs, and metric definitions
  • 5+ years of experience with process analysis, process design and continual improvement initiatives

·       Dynamic Storyteller - comfortable engaging with and presenting to all levels of an organization, including C-Level executives

  • Salesforce certifications

·       Must be able to perform data analysis and report on key insights found

·       Ability to simplify complex information into understandable presentations

·       Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills

·       Ability to work independently with limited supervision

·       Exceptional customer service skills

·       Strong organizational change management skills

·       Ability to build high performing teams
