Our Experience Team in San Francisco is comprised of customer engagement, marketing, and design thinking practitioners that are dedicated to helping Fortune 100 Clients become customer-centric. Our key strength is in understanding and defining the customer landscape, how to play within it, while evolving ways to think about users.
As a Customer Engagement Strategist, you will be challenged by a wide variety of projects across a broad range of industries. You’ll dig into details, identify insights, determine their implications, and design and deliver beautiful and compelling strategies that provide high profile clients with clear direction.
