Our Experience Team in San Francisco is comprised of customer engagement, marketing, and design thinking practitioners that are dedicated to helping Fortune 100 Clients become customer-centric. Our key strength is in understanding and defining the customer landscape, how to play within it, while evolving ways to think about users.

As a Customer Engagement Strategist, you will be challenged by a wide variety of projects across a broad range of industries. You’ll dig into details, identify insights, determine their implications, and design and deliver beautiful and compelling strategies that provide high profile clients with clear direction. 

About You:

You are excited by work that includes the following:

  • Go to market strategy - new products, new platforms, or new markets for existing products
  • Customer insights derived from primary and secondary research, executed independently or with a third-party research provider
  •  Customer Digital Experience strategy, planning, and roadmap creation
  •  Business venture analysis (keep / stop / innovate)
  • Campaign management advisory
  • Research to support website, microsite, or app development
  • Customer loyalty analysis and management

You have a track record of client leadership:

  • Strategic Advisory Skills
    • Track record of developing deep client trust and strong relationships based on your ability to offer informed perspectives on clients’ greatest challenges
    • Ability to develop frameworks to drive toward decisions when challenges are amorphous
    • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience using data and analytics to support recommendations
  • Delivery Excellence
    • Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
    • Development of strong client deliverables and presentations
    • First-rate communications skills
    • Experience managing projects and programs with multiple workstream and cross functional resources
    • Facility with tried and true methods: user research, workshops, current state assessments, gap analyses, future state visions, roadmap development
  • Experience with some or all of the following
    • Market entry strategy
    • Campaign strategy
    • Digital Strategy
    • Customer Segmentation
    • Customer Research
    • Competitive Analysis
