Slalom is seeking a Program Manager, Sales Learning to join our growing Global Talent Management Team. This energetic, innovative team supports our consultants and leaders across the company through the design of learning, leadership, performance, and career development initiatives that increase workforce capability and employee engagement. The Program Manager, Sales Learning will be responsible for program managing the sales learning programs at Slalom which includes maintaining and improving existing programs, identifying needs, evangelizing the program with our markets, scaling with the growth of Slalom, and designing and developing relevant offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ongoing learning programs and a proven track record of creating operational efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Slalom’s Global Sales and Operations team to design, organize, manage, and deliver new hire onboarding and ongoing sales development
  • Facilitate training workshops and train-the-trainer learning sessions
  • Educate sellers and consultants on their role in selling Slalom’s offerings as an essential part of their role
  • Conduct post-learning evaluations to understand successes and improvement opportunities
  • Establish decision-making and accountability for work that happens in the field
  • Evaluate programs for quality, business impact, scalability and sustainability
  • Maintain and manage content and program updates and improvement
  • Work well independently and in collaborative settings 
  • Interact with leaders across markets to give and request feedback
  • Vendor and stakeholder management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5-6+ years of work experience in the areas of learning design, learning delivery, and training facilitation
  • Strong program management and facilitation skills
  • Proven effectiveness in collaborating with, negotiating with, and interviewing business partners and subject matter experts
  • Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
  • Learning management experience within sales, consulting, or a similar industry is recommended
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) and independently to deliver results
  • Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Up to 25% travel may be necessary
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales is preferred  

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources related discipline
  • Background in learning theory, course facilitation, and program management
