Job Title: HR Operations Coordinator

Slalom’s fast-paced, highly collaborative HR team is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the team’s continual growth. This person will work closely with Slalom's Corporate Services and local operations teams. The Human Resources Coordinator role will directly impact several areas including: new hire onboarding, reporting, benefits, payroll, benefits and general employment matters and administration. A successful candidate will be hands on, detail oriented, and have the desire to be an important (and positive!) part of the Slalom employee experience. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a liaison between Human Resources and Slalom employees, ensuring that questions are answered quickly, accurately and in a friendly manner.
  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions in our HRIS (Workday) – understand and be able to coach managers and employees on downstream impacts and systems integrations.
  • Partner with talent acquisition to create offer letter and employee agreements for domestic and international new hires.
  • Support auditing and compliance efforts through tracking, reporting and trend analysis.
  • Respond in a timely and accurate manner to verification of employment requests.
  • Proactively address filing and upkeep needs related to employment records.
  • Support projects and process updates and integrations in an effort to improve the effectiveness of the HR function.
