What You’ll Do

Job Title:

Temporary Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

Our Global Talent Management Team is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to support some of our most transformational people initiatives. We are in the midst of redefining core talent management process in support of career development at Slalom. This role will help to enable the development and deployment of these processes – maintaining a care for our people and culture at its core. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support process design for key career development processes, inclusive of performance management and career progression / promotion
  • Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to inform process design
  • Define key requirements and dependencies, as well as the plan to action on them 
  • Guide cross-functional senior leaders in decision-making
  • Develop governance strategies and structures for ongoing maintenance and evolution of core processes
  • Support change team, and broader Talent Management, in creating training, communication and education on processes
  • Partner with enabling functions and technologies to bring processes to life
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and key liaison to the teams supporting change and adoption

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years experience delivering strategic HR projects, with 2+ years at the enterprise-level
  • Has developed and led approaches for comprehensive stakeholder feedback and program iteration related to internal, global programs or processes
  • Has experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to navigate conflicting perspectives and drive decision-making  
  • Develops high-quality program documentation and deliverables with a focus on elegant simplicity
  • Has experience working in/on an agile transformation role/team
  • Experience designing and/or refining core HR processes, including performance management and promotion, a plus
