Job Title: Salesforce - Senior Analyst, Business Operations

Slalom is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Business Operations team to help scale our financial planning and analysis reporting for our Global Salesforce business. This energetic, connected team supports our growing Salesforce team through program management, communications, reporting, and general business operations. You will be responsible for providing operational support to the global Salesforce leadership team, managing, and ensuring accuracy of all financial data and reporting. You will be responsible for managing the Salesforce forecasting process across Slalom globally. We are looking for someone who can partner effectively with our business leaders to accurately manage data and content and who enjoys analysis and solving problems.

Responsibilities

  • Financial reporting and variance analysis for the global Salesforce business.
  • Manage the forecasting process for the Slalom Salesforce Team.
  • Assist in periodic forecasting activities and support quarterly business reviews across regional partners.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute reports to promote better visibility into the financial health of the team.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand and define reporting requirements to develop and optimize reporting.
  • Perform research and analysis to provide Slalom Salesforce Team with information to support business decisions.
  • Serve as a BI Super User & promote new BI reports to the broader Leadership Team.
  • Build relationships with Slalom Salesforce Leaders, Operations and Corporate Services teams to do more as one as it relates to our process, team data, & reporting.
  • Assist in special projects, typically related to reporting, process, data, or systems.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in an operations or finance, ideally in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Possesses high level of spreadsheet and database competence
  • Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are required
  • Advanced skills and proven experience working in Power BI, and/or Salesforce
  • Scrupulous attention to detail, able to develop and maintain highly organized work environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to liaison well across departments and functions within the company

  • Proven ability to set priorities and work independently with little or no supervision
  • Demonstrated capabilities in making solid business decisions, problem-solving, and multi-tasking in a highly dynamic and fast paced business environment
  • Proven ability to exercise high degree of confidentiality and objectivity
  • Must be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Experience with Anaplan and HTML are a plus
