Salesforce – Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager, Global Salesforce Sourcing Team

Slalom is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead a Salesforce sourcing team. You are passionate about leading teams, identifying, and engaging with highly sought-after talent, and building sourcing strategies. You are passionate about the craft of recruiting and consider yourself to be a networker – building and cultivating relationships internally and externally. You are a business partner capable of navigating a growing and changing business. As an ambassador of Slalom, you love attracting talent to our team and sharing the Slalom story. You are multi-faceted with a great mix of problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, which enables you to succeed in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment.   

Responsibilities: 

  • Accountable for building a talent acquisition sourcing team to support our high growth Salesforce business across North America. 
  • Create sourcing strategies and develop new ideas for building talent pipelines, researching talent pools, driving referral generation, identifying top applicants, and leveraging marketing campaigns. 
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders within the business and talent acquisition to dedicate the right focus to the highest priority searches. 
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams to fill candidate pipelines and create a seamless candidate experience embodying the Slalom brand.  
  • Research and provide updates to the business on trends, news, and competitor knowledge to both attract candidates and influence strategies related to talent. 

Qualifications:  

  • Experience in leading and building high performing sourcing teams for organizations with 10,000 plus employees. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a recruiting team hiring over 500 people a year in a fast-paced talent ecosystem. 
  • Talent mining highly sought-after talent ecosystems such as Salesforce or other technical skillsets. 
  • History of people management and influencing career growth of team members. 
  • Proven experience using professional social networks such as LinkedIn. 
  • Working closely with business and recruiting stakeholders in a metric motivated, production environment. 
  • Expert in building and maintaining professional relationshipsthrough exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
