Who You Are:  

You are a hardworking, passionate technologist who loves solving challenges using the latest mobile, internet, and cloud services. You love coding and find yourself keeping up with the newest technology and social media trends. You tinker, explore, and regularly read code blogs to stay in touch with the development community. Are you passionate about discovering ways to improve quality, reusability, extensibility, delivery, and consistency? If you don’t have previous experience with Salesforce technologies, our Analyst Program will provide a chance to gain those skills while applying your existing development expertise to full-lifecycle client engagements. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Work on a range of platforms including Salesforce, Web Applications, Marketing technology, and integration platforms 
  • Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation 
  • Work in a fast-paced, Agile project environment with small, focused teams 
  • Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery 

About You: 

  • Educational foundation in software engineering (B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Info Systems, or coding Bootcamp certificate) 
  • 0-3 years of software development (Java and/or JavaScript preferred) 
  • Familiarity with multiple programming environments and tools, such as version control in Git 
  • Able to effectively collaborate on solution options and document the details of the solution 
  • Knowledge of domain design and application design patterns 

Bonus Skills: 

  • Salesforce experience either as a developer or end-user 
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Admin/Config, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, etc.) 
  • Experience with at ETL tools (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator, MS SSIS) performing design and development of integration solutions 
  • Experience with Cloud or SaaS solutions 
  • Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles 
  • Exposure to REST-based web services, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
