Job Title:

Equity Program Coordinator

The Company is seeking the ideal candidate to support and execute equity program activities; working closely with the Equity Program Manager and other key stakeholders within Global Services and the business.


  • Support of the Company’s annual equity offering
  • Support, update, and maintain investor program policy and program documentation
  • Maintain and communicate annual schedule of investor program events and key dates
  • Support Governance Committee and Equity Operations meetings and related action items
  • Update and maintain investor presentation and communication materials
  • Support the organizing, content development, and delivery of Annual Investor Meeting, prospective investor presentations, and other applicable events
  • Serve as point of contact for existing and prospective investors, and resolves applicable investor inquiries
  • Conduct proactive outreach to investors to collect input and strengthen relationships and connection
  • Preparation of legal investment document templates
  • Support quarterly and annual tax related activities and communications
  • Own annual collection of composite election data and verification
  • Prepare internal reporting and required legal/tax filings
  • Update, maintain and enhance SharePoint Investor Portal
  • Manage third party and vendor relations effectively
  • Support various projects and analysis in areas beyond equity in support of business objectives


  • 1-3 years of professional and applicable experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Strong ability to work with others
  • Strong organization and task management skills
  • Ability to thrive under high pressure situations
  • Operates with a sense of urgency
  • Adhere to the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion
