Software Engineer, Global People Team
Our highly collaborative and growing Global People Team, is seeking a software engineer to build out Slalom’s custom career platform which will enable the implementation and ongoing excellence of Slalom’s new Career Framework. The Career Framework is Slalom’s foundational set of titles and associated job expectations that serve as a roadmap for the development and growth of our people.
In addition to building and supporting the career platform, this individual will partner with other Product Teams (e.g., Workday) for data and integration needs. The ideal candidate is a builder and passionate about creating tools that positively impact employee experience and development.
