We are looking for a Staffing Analyst to support the Director of Staffing, Salesforce on all aspects of staffing for our Salesforce practice, Slalom’s fastest growing technology business. In this role you will champion operational excellence and drive staffing efficiencies across our business providing accurate data. You will work across our global business and in partnership with business leaders to drive operational best practices.

Job Title: Staffing Analyst, Salesforce


Responsibilities: 

As Staffing Analyst, you will work closely with the Director of Staffing, global and local Salesforce leaders and the greater Salesforce operations and talent functions to drive accurate data and reporting to support in staffing and hiring decisions. As a member of the staffing and operations team, you will be a trusted, go-to person within the organization.


General day-to-day activities will include supporting regional operations in staffing and reporting. You will participate in weekly regional operation calls to review the overall business performance and work through real time staffing needs with the Director of Staffing and leaders.

In addition, you will:

  • Audit availability of consultants with people manager and global and local leaders
  • Audit Salesforce demand with pursuit leads; global and local leaders to ensure data is accurate and up to date
  • Ensure employee profile data is accurate and up to date for consultants
  • Analysis of staffing data to create staffing intelligence
  • Develop and maintain reports with the Operations team to support staffing needs
  • Develop agendas and regional reports for staffing calls
  • Recap all meetings with notes to ensure follow-up is complete
  • Support in closing loop when consultants are presented to opportunities
  • Establish meaningful relationships with Salesforce consultants and leaders
  • Develop understanding and knowledge of our consultants skill sets to help align them to opportunities and career aspirations
  • Stay connected to pursuits as opportunities move through the sales cycle to support in forecasting
  • Support in roll out of new career framework and calibration of technologies and skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years in resource planning or recruitment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working within the professional services industry or within a high-growth technology company preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated competence in logistics, workforce planning, and supply/demand management
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment
  • Demonstrated skills in business acumen, consulting, analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem solving
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • 10% travel required
