Business Operations Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Keep line of sight on business operations initiatives, priorities and goals for the market in partnership with the General Manager 
  • Have accountability for regular reporting to leadership in the market 
  • Be the escalation for any account or engagement troubleshooting required 
  • Partner with the account leads for account planning activities, tracking account management details and supporting the account onboarding process 
  • Support project set up and change orders with activities like signatures, activating billing codes, etc.  
  • Support the tracking of sales, opportunities, contracts and staffing in our system 
  • Research and develop materials as needed for business development opportunities 
  • Be asked to work on multiple projects, with varied needs, giving you the chance to learn and grow your skills.  

What You’ll Bring

  • To be successful, you’ll need to be adaptable, resourceful, think creatively and with a servant’s heart.
  • Being obsessed with the details and a natural curiosity that drives you to focus on the larger business outcomes are imperative for this role. 
  • Investing in developing and cultivating relationships will be a priority. 
  • Previous use of Salesforce and PowerBI as well as advanced excel skills are preferred.
