What You’ll Do
The primary role of an Agile Coach is to provide the expertise and training necessary to support a client in driving delivery and building the required culture to support lasting agility with an individual, team and/or organization. They leverage their experience and understanding of agile values, principles, and practices, along with Slalom’s knowledge base. The Agile Coach evaluates and articulates the current state of agile maturity through an assessment of an organization or team’s culture, structure, processes, and behaviors. The Agile Coach brings to bear the relevant tools, processes, modes of thinking, and practices to increase agility and the associated value delivered to customers. The Agile Coach fosters continuous improvement and learning. They seek to further their knowledge and capabilities around all things related to high-performing teams and value delivery. They are a coach, trainer, mentor, thought leader, and strategist.
