Slalom is looking to cultivate an organizational transformation capability that supports our clients in creating new capabilities that drive their business and strategy forward. The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong organizational effectiveness leader with a passion for helping organizations navigate technology-based disruption, reorganizations / restructuring, shared services consolidation, outsourcing and other strategic changes to deliver true business transformation embodied from the C-suite through to front line managers and employees.
