Talent Acquisition Manager
Slalom Consulting’s Houston team is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager that is looking to build and grow their career in a company with a recruiting focused, people based culture. The ideal candidate is energized by identifying top candidates for consulting and leadership roles and selling the Slalom brand. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to source passive talent, develop meaningful relationships, and close candidates who are not necessarily looking for a change in their career. The ability to source, pipeline, and cultivate quality candidates is essential for success in this role.
