Are you passionate about digital products and leading teams of designers to work alongside business and technologists? Do you still like rolling up your sleeves to impact high-value engagements? We are seeking a top-tier leader to help grow our practice, drive sales and enhance team culture.
At Slalom Build, we work with mid-level and Fortune 100 companies alike in crafting premier digital experiences and transforming our clients’ product landscape. To us, design is not something to hand-off, but a core part of product development from front to back. We believe in the true agile integration of design and that cross-collaboration is critical to upholding the integrity of high-quality digital products.
Working alongside cross-disciplinary Slalom leaders, you will be an integral part of our clients’ projects from conceptualization to completion. You will bring a deep knowledge of end-to-end product delivery, including interaction with other designers, developers, product owners and client partners. We are looking for a leader who is confident in their ability to work with client priorities in a consultative environment.
You will be well versed in managing client expectations and lead efforts to invent custom solutions with high-value outcomes to the business, audience, and market. You will have a consistent and demonstrable record of using design thinking and modern strategy practices to solve business problems and carry projects through to completion.
